Changes in XNA 4.0 broke my code

Unfortunately the devs decided to remove Real Time functions from their GameTime class and has broken my project - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/shawnhar/archive/2010/04/13/elapsedrealtime-and-totalrealtime-in-xna-game-studio-4-0.aspx.   I'll look into rewriting the code in the next few weeks.  Hopefully wont have an impact on code people have written using this class.  But it means that now instead of the Poll calls providing me a nice and easy way of getting the real time between calls, I have to do it myself using the other .net time classes.
